LIVING

POINT ZERO

Point Zero Living is about 3 things:

  1. CHALLENGE: Taking a break from alcohol - because it's healthy, not because we are anti-alcohol.

  2. COACHING: Getting support on your break from alcohol via our Point Zero Challenges (self-directed) and / or Point Zero Coaching Services (one-on-one sessions via Zoom).

  3. CONNECTION: Joining a community of mindful drinkers to support change and healthy living.

TOWARDS POINT ZERO VOL 1

28-day break ONLINE course.  It is self-paced (start anytime) and you  follow the program one day at a time for 28 days. Suitable to follow for Febfast or any time you want to take a break from alcohol.

Please note:

  1. This is not an addiction program. It is aimed at those “wanting” to take a break from alcohol for health reasons not “having” to abstain for health and safety reasons.

  2. I share my perspective on what worked for me while taking a year off alcohol, and while I draw on my knowledge as a psychologist, these challenges are educational in nature and do not replace medical or psychological advice. Please speak to your healthcare profession to decide if these are right for you!

POINT ZERO

CONNECTION

The Towards Point Zero Group is all about:

  1. Growing a community of mindful drinkers (this is different to the sober community in that it’s more focused on decreasing your drinking, taking a break or partaking in regular breaks but not necessarily wanting or needing to become a non-drinker). I’ve done it. I know it’s possible.

  2. Following challenges alongside other and helping each other along the way.
